Ultimate Frisbee is an exciting, non-contact team sport, played by thousands the world over. It mixes the best features of sports such as Soccer, Basketball, American Football and Netball into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and demanding game. It is distinguished by its spirit of the game—the principles of fair play, sportsmanship, and the joy of play.

According to Sai, Its not just the game that interests him a lot but also the company of his closest friends. It is one of those moments wherein he hardly think of his problems and keeps him moving. It also enhances his senses.

A very good friend of mine, Dexcee also loves this game. She’s actually a member of a frisbee team during her stay in NDKC.

NDKC, as far as I know, is the best source of great frisbee athletes here in Kidapawan.
